Well, I know you all have been waiting for an update, and I appologize greatly for making you wait so long! Now to be honest, one of the biggest reasons that I haven't posted is because William got this new keyboard from my mom, for Christmas, that's all soft and flexible. At first I thought it would be great. That it would be better on his hands since he's taking these online classes. Well, it turns out that the keyboard is RE-diculously hard to use! You have to practically pound on the keys to get them to work sometimes. It would take forever for me to type anything. SO today, I couldn't take it anymore!! I switched back to the old keyboard! Now this onew is definitely better, but still not my favorite. IT's one of those split ones. I always thought I would really like this one. My fingers are all over the place when I type, so I thought this would help improve my typing skills. But if you had any idea how many times I've hit the backspace button, then you would see thast it's actually gotten worse.

I'm not watching my nephew anymore, at least until Stephanie finds another job. Then it's back to being super nanny! She's at a job interview right now actually, so we'll see how that goes. I've really enjoyed having her around. It's nice to have someone to talk to everyday and to watch Gilmore Girls with. Well the show is actually on at 3:00, and that's when William gets off work. He's hooked now too so at least I'll still have someone to watch that with. But the Parade of Homes started today, and Steph and I are going to that. So I'll be sad when she goes back to work and we don't get to do stuff like that together anymore.

Adi is doing just great! She came down with a really yucky cold just after Christmas. It totally screwed up her whole schedule. I never knew when she would nap or for how long. And forget about predicting the how much formula she would drink. This was all very hard for me since she's basically been on a set schedule since she was 2 months old. And just when she got rid of her cold, we went on another trip to Freezyville, I mean Salt Lake. I was so worried that she would be sick again when we got home. And you know what? She has never been happier. She's taking REALLY good naps, so I'm able to get a lot done. She's so happy to be able to play outside. That's her most favorite thing, aside from taking a bath. Which, bytheway, is her first sign. She knows "bath" and when we say it or sign it, she starts signing it the tries to rip her clothes off, while running to the bathroom. Her first words are uh-oh, asah-asah? (her way of saying "what's that?") And thanks to her uncle Brian she now says Adi.

This is Adi's first piggyback ride with her Daddy!!

And that is Daddy's first piggyback ride with Adi!>

Yesterday, for Valentine's Day, William and I went to see a movie. We were going to see Definitely Maybe, but decided on P.S. I Love You. It started sooner and was playing at the "Mexican Food Restaraunt" (From the mouth of a babe, she thought a "buck flick" was a MFR. That's a story for another day) This movie definitely required tissues!! Super cute though, and I would recommend it to anyone!! HOWEVER, there was a lot of ?able language and a man butt. So if you'd rather not, I do have the book. I actually bought it before anyone even knew about the movie, and I didn't like all the bad language so I started editing it. I figured since it was my own copy, I wouldn't mind if all the bad words were whited out and replaced with more appropriate words. Well, that's all for today, I will just leave you with some more pictures to enjoy. Have a great day!!

Has anyone seen my camera?

Well friends, I was hoping to catch up from Halloween to Christmas, but I have misplaced the camera! And my car keys! So if you see 'em!!! Hahaha!
We are all doing great! William is doing very well at his job, and even has a calling! Elder's Quorum secretary or something! Adi is ALMOST walking! And I am just updating the blog! Nothing new. Just loving the nice weather and all my blessings! I miss everyone so much, but I know there is a reason we are down here. It will all be worth it in the end! Thanks for all of your continued love and support!

A Long Day

Well today was a pretty long day. Adi used to have a set 9 pm to 9am sleeping schedule, but that has just recently turned into 8-830pm to 730 or 8am. So I'm not getting as much sleep as I used to. I'm a night owl and I like to get stuff done after Adi goes to bed. Then after everyone else goes to bed and it's nice and quiet, I have no interupptions and I can do anything! Well today I really wanted to take Adi and my nephew Collin to the library and the town square. The city just put in a water fountain like at the gateway mall, and there's some other water fall stuff. It's awesome! Especially for my eight month old that is in love with water and a restless four year old. Now the only way I could get into town was to walk to William's work (I'm not sure how far it is but it took me a half an hour to get there), and pick up the car. Adi should have taken a nap when I got back to the house, but she refused, so we packed up and went to play. Holy cow, does my child love water! It was freezing cold water but she didn't care! She was in heaven! And Collin's favorite part of it all, was splashing water at me and racing up and down the water steps. Then to let ourselves dry a little, we played football. Have you ever seen a four year old try to hike the ball between their legs? Yeah, it just bounces off the ground and gets 'em back in the face! Fun times! So them I changed the kiddos into dry clothes and we went to return our stuff at the Lbrary, pick new books and videos then rush to get William from work. Adi took a really long nap, While I hung out with My sister-in-law, Stephanie, and my 6 day old nephew Hunter. And William, Trevor and Collin went to the park to hit some golf balls. Then I made dinner, bathed Adielle and watched Hunter, while everyone went out to get some Nielsen's Frozen Custard, We sat and ate it while watching Don't Forget the Lyrics, and now here I am blogging for all of you. Ahhh! I just looked at the clock and it's after midnight already! crap! No wonder my eyes are burning! Ok! I gotta get some sleep! Sorry this is the longest blog ever, but if you're still reading this that means you actually took the time to read the whole blog. So thanks! You will soon be rewarded for your excellent decision!! Have a good day! *******Lissa

A New Start

Hello Friends and Family!! Thanks for checking us out. Check in frequently for current updates! I hope you enjoy!
We have now been in St. George for about a month and a half, and love it here! The weather is great! I guess for those of you that don't know the details I'll explain. William found a job down here that is going VERY well. It's a company called Allconnect. He helps people setup different services when they move. He's always been at the top of his class and gets along great with his co-workers. I have been spending my days just taking care of Adi. She is getting so big! She crawls so fast, we have a really hard time keeping up with her sometimes. I imagine she'll be walking by Christmas if not already by Thanksgiving. She's seems to get ahead of herself a lot. She wanted to crawl before she could roll over and now crawling is too boring. She wants to walk so bad she gets really whiney when she falls on her tush. Then, of course, she'll get back up and try again.
Well, we had a nice visit with those of you that we had time to see last weekend. The trip back was nice and seemed to go really fast. Now I get to spend my days with Adi and my nephew Colin. He's here for the next month awaiting the arrival of his new baby brother. It's not so bad watching the two, but it does remind me why we still only have one! Adielle is a handful.
Well, that's all for tonite. I'll add more detail once I get the hang of this website.
